Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by the Frostgarde Composer's Guild. By browsing this site or using its mailing list signup, you agree to the following.
Using this site
This site is provided for you to learn about Corpseblighted, our music, and our composers, and to find your way to where you can listen to or purchase our work. You're welcome to browse, share links to it, and sign up for updates. Please don't scrape, copy, or republish the site's content, code, or structure without permission.
Intellectual property
The music, artwork, world, lore, and branding presented on this site — including the name "Corpseblighted," the Frostgarde Composer's Guild name and emblem, and all original fictional content — belong to their respective composers and the guild, and are not to be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without permission.
Each composer retains rights to their individual contributions as agreed among guild members; nothing on this site should be read as transferring those rights to a visitor.
Third-party links and purchases
This site links out to third-party platforms — including Ampwall, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, and social platforms — to let you stream or purchase our music. Any purchase or streaming activity on those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, not ours. We aren't responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those external sites.
No warranty
This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the site running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Frostgarde Composer's Guild and its members aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
Governing law
Our directors are based in the United States and the United Kingdom, and we intend for this site's practices to be reasonable and compliant under the laws of both. These terms don't designate a single exclusive governing jurisdiction; if a dispute requires one, it will be resolved under the law most applicable to the circumstances involved.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the project evolves. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the last revision.
